The new Microsoft Windows 8 is here long back ...
It has a new rich UI which provides for good navigation.

This first new demo video has been uploaded by the Microsoft people themselves.

The second vid resembles the UI of windows 8, but its not from MS. It displays good display themes for Media player though .... Innovative and cool :)

Movies flicks of 2012

Hold your breath ppl !!! these are the flicks of 2012 and yeah hope that we stay to see it :)

There are so many others like the Avengers, Clash of the Titans 2, Scary Movie 5, Men in Black III, Madagascar 3, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, the Amazing Spider-Man(starring Andrew Garfield), the Bourne Legacy, the Expendables 2, Resident Evil:Retribution, James Bond 23, Life of Pi, the Hobbit and so many others. It's a long list indeed.

I didn't manage to get the trailers, teasers of these many as the're not available. The trailers you find on the net may be fake.

Anyways, I can't wait to watch these flicks next year. Just keeping my fingers crossed that they do not turn out to be duds.

Cheers

Whereas for updates for the rest of the products, the list below is taken from blogs of google.

Sidewiki

Over the past few years, we’ve seen extraordinary innovation in terms of making the web collaborative. So we’ve decided to discontinue Sidewiki and focus instead on our broader social initiatives. Sidewiki authors will be given more details about this closure in the weeks ahead, and they’ll have a number of months to download their content.

Desktop
In the last few years, there’s been a huge shift from local to cloud-based storage and computing, as well as the integration of search and gadget functionality into most modern operating systems. People now have instant access to their data, whether online or offline. As this was the goal of Google Desktop, the product will be discontinued on September 14, including all the associated APIs, services, plugins, gadgets and support.

Image Labeler
We began Google Image Labeler as a fun game to help people explore and label the images on the web. Although it will be discontinued, a wide variety of online games from Google are still available.

Fast Flip
Fast Flip was started to help pioneer news content browsing and reading experiences for the web and mobile devices. For the past two years, in collaboration with publishers, the Fast Flip experiment has fueled a new approach to faster, richer content display on the web. This approach will live on in our other display and delivery tools.

The rest of the list includes Aardvark, Google Maps API for Flash, Google Pack etc.

Apple's newest products and plans

The Apple craze is reaching far beyond than what is imagined. The word "Apple" only gives one search result on Google if the fruit is what is needed :) . Steve Jobs's legacy won't be easy to fill as he has created a level of expectancy never ever created on such a global scale. Tim Cook has a huge job on his hand guys. Only time will tell what happens next.

Well, Apple will still come up with genuine ideas as it always has and it shows with what they are bringing in front of us.

Firstly, Apple has decided to go green. Well they already had and with referring an article from Steve Jobs, Apple is or will be a world leader in recycling its products. The're doing it all ranging from removing toxic stuff from their products to taking pro-active steps for max. recycling.

Apple Cloud I-Tunes
The users will not be loaded with tons of songs that they need to carry around in their hard-drives or worry about data loss. Some data is stored on the user's system and the remaining data is stored on the Cloud. This way the piracy influence would go down.

Apple-Vision
A 65-inch screen displaying Apple apps. Sounds cool huh. The infrared projected from the camera will analyze movements in front of the screen. And behave the way you want it to behave. You can gesture with your hand movements, tell it to display something else, email, load an app., watch HD movies, Video chat and many many more cool stuff. You can do it all here.

iCup
This one will be a hit. You can use this cup to heat the drink inside the cup using a USB drive connected to any device. The Apple logo on the cup is used to indicate the temperature of the drink inside so you know when to reheat it again if required.
You would save on power and this will offer convinience and ease at work and at home.

The iBoard and the iMat

The pic says it all

There's absolutely nothing to stop this guy . God knows what he'll come up with next . Well we can be sure it will be the best :)
